Mammootty to team up with Prithviraj again

According to reports, Mammootty teams up with Prithviraj in the upcoming movie ‘Munnariyippu’ which is to be directed by cameraman Venu. The movie is produced by Ranjith.

R Unni scripts the movie. Aparna Gopinath does the female lead. Nedumudi Venu and Kottayam Nazeer are also seen in prominent roles. The photography section will also be handled by Venu.

Venu made his debut as a director through ‘Daya’ which was scripted by M T Vasudevan Nair. Mammootty-Prithviraj team’s last outing was ‘Pokkiriraja’ directed by Vysakh.

Though Ranjith’s production company Capitol Films had earlier produced many films, this will be the first film to be produced after the company has changed its name to Gold Coin Motion Pictures. Ranjith has started this company along with his friends.
