Maragadha Naanayam doing well despite the 4 day break

Maragadha Naanayam which was directed by Saravan is produced by Axess Film Factory and features Aadhi Pinisetty, Nikki Galrani, Munishkanth Ramadoss, and others. The film was doing well when there was a break-up in their run because of theatre strike in Tamil Nadu, protesting against the GST and state tax.

However, this strike has not apparently affected the run of the film in theatres and a press note from the producer Dilli Babu seems to reiterate that.

The note reads, “I am extremely delighted about Maragadha Naanayam’s performance. How many films get a release of life after the initial run gets disturbed? The continuing support to Maragatha Naanayam, even after the four day strike gives me the confidence to keep producing films. This also gives me the responsibility to make more films that are content oriented. I take this opportunity to thank the audience.
