'Marupadi' shoot progressing

The shooting of ‘Marupadi’ directed by V M Vinu is progressing in Kannur Kotta. Rahman and Bhama play the lead roles.

The script is written by newcomer Julaina Ashraf. The story is based on a real life incident that happened in Kolkata. ‘Marupadi’ is produced by Ashraf Beddy, Juliana’s husband, who is the producer of ‘Adaminte Makan Abu’.

‘Marupadi’ also features Janardhanan, Valsala Menon, and Santhosh Keezhattoor. The film is planned to be released in August.
