Megha Akash to romance Atharvaa

Megha Akash’s debut film in Tamil is Oru Pakka Kadhai which would be released soon. Her second film with Dhanush and Gautham Menon, Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta is temporarily put on hold. She also had a dream debut in Tollywood with LIE.

Now she has signed her next to be paired up with Atharvaa under Kannan’s direction. While there were many contenders for the heroine’s post, Megha Akash is the lucky one who has bagged this film which is said to be an action drama. The film is yet-to-be-titled and will be produced by the director himself.

Kannan further says, "Megha plays a straightforward vis-com student, who doesn't hesitate to call a spade a spade. We thought she would be apt for the role. The film, which has music by Radhan of Arjun Reddy fame, will go on floors in January. We will begin shoot in Hyderabad and then continue the schedule in Chennai and Kallidaikurichi. RK Selva will be the editor while Prasanna Kumar will be the DoP"
