MGR's grandson to make his film entry

MGR’s grandson, who also goes by the name Ramachandran, is debuting with the movie Odu Kumar Odu, which was launched in a simple manner at the late Chief Minister’s famous estate Ramavaram Thottam, with Vijay Sethupathi unveiling the first look.

In this road thriller, Ramachandran plays the lead protagonist and two new girls are featured opposite him. Talking about his role, Ramachandran says, “People can connect with the script of Odu Kumar Odu as it is very much relevant in today’s scenario. It’s about an IT couple whose life turns topsy-turvy when a mishap occurs. Under mysterious circumstances, the wife is murdered and the blame falls on the innocent husband. How he escapes from the scenario and proves his innocence forms the rest of the movie.”

The film will be directed by Shivashankar Mani. Apparently Ramachandran underwent rigorous fitness regime and workouts to shed 10 kilos for his role. The story unravels in Chennai, Bengaluru and Goa. Click the Movie button below for more info:
