Midhun Manuel Thomas to direct 'Kottayam Kunjachan 2'

Director Midhun Manuel Thomas of “Aadu 2” fame will direct the sequel of Mammootty’s yesteryear super hit movie “Kottayam Kunjachan.” Titled “Kottayam Kunjachan 2,” the film is produced by Vijay Babu under the banner of Friday Films.

Midhun shared the news on his Facebook page on Wednesday. Written by Dennis Joseph, “Kottayam Kunjachan” (1990) was directed by Suresh Babu.

Ranjini was the heroine in that film. Innocent, Kunjachan, KPAC Lalitha, Sukumaran, Babu Antony and Prathapachandran featured in the film.
