Mohanlal and Anoop Menon to team up again

Mohanlal and Anoop Menon are again teaming up after M Padmakumar’s ‘Kanal’. This is in the new film directed by Jibu Jacob after ‘Vellimoonga’.

Earlier this role, which will be played by Anoop Menon, was assigned for Biju Menon. Mohanlal and Meena are paired after ‘Drishyam’. Srinda Ashab will act opposite Anoop Menon.

Mohanlal plays the character Ulahannan, the Panchayat Secretary. Anoop Menon’s character is the friend of Ulahannan. The movie is based on V J James’ short story “Pranayopanishad”.

Nedumudi Venu, Aima, Sanoop, Kalabhavan Shajon, Suraj Venmjarammoodu, and Sharaffudheen do the other main roles. The movie is produced by Sophia Paul under the banner Weekend Blockbusters.
