Mohanlal to portray Nambi Narayanan

Actor-director Anand Mahadevan is getting ready with a new project which will narrate the shocking story of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) scientist Nambi Narayanan.

Nambi Narayanan was in charge of ISRO’s cryogenic project and had introduced the liquid fuel rocket technology in India in the early 1970s. He was falsely charged in an espionage case in 1994.

According to reports, when the life story of Nambi Narayanan is filmed, Mohanlal will play the role of the ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan. The movie is scripted by C P Surendran.

Several other big names will also be part of the movie. The rest of the cast will be mainly from Hindi film industry.

Oscar winning sound designer Rasool Pookkutty, violin Maestro L Subramaniam and National Award winning Editor Sreekar Prasad will form part of the crew.
