Mohanlal is the brand ambassador of Kochi Half Marathon

Actor Mohanlal will be the brand ambassador of the upcoming Kochi Half Marathon, which will be held on December 29. Milkha Singh and PT Usha are the other ambassadors for the event. Top runners from India and 20 foreign athletes will be participating in the event.

The Half Marathon will be conducted by the Athletic Federation of India andThe Association of International Marathons and Distance Races has certified it. The event carries total prize money of Rs 60 lakh. The male and female winners will get USD 5,000 each and the runners-up will get USD 3000. Indian athletes will be given separate prizes.

The online registrations for the Half Marathon have started and people can register in person from November 20. The registrations close onDecember 22.
