'Mounaksharangal' shoot concludes

The filming for ‘Mounaksharangal’, which is touted to be the world’s first film that features only dumb and deaf artistes, has been wrapped up. Directed by Devadas Kallurutty, the film is produced by Ramesh Mavoor under the banner of Vadakkumnathan Creations.

To the story penned by the director, the screenplay is written by Rajeev Kauthukam, who also handles cinematography and editing of the movie.

Baby Sreelekshmi Naduvannur and Master Asif Erattupetta essay the lead characters. Around 100 actors, including Babu Mukkam, Sunil Faroke, Manoj Kedavur, Madhu Kollam, Akhila, Asha, Anitha, Samad and Adil are part of this project.

Lyrics are penned by Premdas Guruvayur, Mullappally Narayanan Namboodiri, Fasal Koduvally and Raji Ramesh Kakkoor. Salam Veeroli scores music. Abraham Lincoln is the PRO of the movie, which is expected to hit the screens in November.
