At a time when Indian film-makers remake foreign films and can't be bothered with crediting them, we have the makers of the Priyamani starrer, Charulatha, officially purchasing remake rights of the 2007 Thai horror film 'Alone'.
It is a film revolving around conjoined twins which warrants Priyamani to star in a double role, one of which she calls innocent while the other, she maintains is, quite tomboyish.
Co-starring Saranya Ponvannan, Skanda and Seetha, the film is shot by Paneer Selvam, edited by Don Max, scored by Sundar C Babu and produced by Ramesh Krishnamoorthy.
