hipan's love for variety and innovation is emphazised in "Kudaikkul Mazhai". Venkatkrishnan (Parthipan) is an autorickshaw driver. He bumps into a glamorus girl Madhumitha (Madhumita) at a coffee shop. She is flattered with his behaviour and action. They meet again accidenlty and Madhu is quick to reveal her love for Venkat.

Venkat is carried away with his love and dreams. But then comes the shocking truth that Madhu is a TV anchor who made Venkat a "bakra" (scape goat) for the show. This incident changes Venakt's life and rest of the movie revolves around this incident.

Parthipan has done an oustanding job in Venkat's role. Madhumita, a Mumbai model, has also done a promising role.
