Kumari 21F is not a great film but it is more or less well-crafted film which portrays the current thinking of youth and finally stresses on the importance of unconditional love in present day relations. Decent watch!

Meena Kumari (Hebah Patel) is a free spirited girl who works as a model in film industry. One night, she happened to meet Siddhu (Raj Tharun), a happy go lucky guy and falls in love in the first instance and then she tries to woo him, the guy of her dreams. On the other side, Siddhu's best friends Shankar (Noel Sean) - Photolu Suresh (Naveen Neni) - Seenu (Sudhershan) earn their living by doing some illegal stuff. When the love starts budding between them, the friends reveal some unbelievable truths about Kumari. This new doubt cropped in Siddhu's mind creates a big turn in their lives. What is that and how Siddhu later understand the magic in unconditional love forms the rest of the storyline.

Raj Tharun perfectly fits the bill in Siddhu's character. He very well emoted with his eyes and he excelled in emotional and important sequences. Hebah Patel makes a pretty outing. In saying Pretty outing, I mean it and she steals the shows in the film. Lipsika's dubbing suited very well. Raj Tharun's friends, Noel, Sudhershan and Naveen did a very good job. Particularly Noel is very impressive with his histrionics. Hema, Thagubothu Ramesh and the actor who appeared as hero's father are impressive. Zara Khan is good in the special song.

Kumari 21F is a reflection of contemporary love and lifestyles of youth. The film at the end stresses on unconditional love. Sukumar and director Surya Pratap have come up with a highly identifiable theme with this film. The movie has some resemblance to a 2004 film, Lila Says. Director tried to pitch in some fiction which removed the sheen of this bold story. May be Sukumar may have handled the film better. The tempo fluctuates in the film through out. There are some logics left out like how an independent bold model falls for a lean average guy in the first sight and goes after him. Rathnavelu came up with slick cinematography. Devi Sri Prasad's work will leave a significant mark on audience. Editing should have been lot better. Production values are appropriate.

Kumari 21F is not a great film but it is more or less well-crafted film which portrays the current thinking of youth and finally stresses on the importance of unconditional love in present day relations. Decent watch!
