Critics:
Despite having a very routine story, Tiger is stuffed with good amount of commercial elements which will keep audience glued to their seats by entertaining them. A definite one time watch.

Jai/Tiger (Sundeep Kishan)and Vishnu (Rahul Ravindran) are two orphans who become friends in an orphanage. Jai is very aggressive but Vishnu does not like it so much. They finally get separated after Vishnu gets adopted and left the orphanage. Years later, Vishnu bumps in to Ganga (Seerath Kapoor)in college and they fall in love. However Ganga's parents do not approve their love and try to kill them. It was then Tiger enters the scene. What happens rest in the film forms the rest.

Tiger is a very risky attempt for Sundeep Kishan. The actor do not have a female lead or a duet and even comes late in to the film. But he still walks away with brownie points with excellent mass characterization. He improved a lot in ease of acting, fights and dialogue delivery. Rahul Ravindran makes a good impression with subtle performance. Seerath Kapoor is disappointing with a lack luster outing. Several good actors like Kasi Vishwanath, Praveen and Tanikella Bharini are wasted in little roles. Thagubothu Ramesh, Chitram Seenu, Satya, Raghu and Fish Venkat chipped in for comedy and they are fine. Bollywood Actor Bobby Parvez appears in a little role as the heroine's father.

nand, the protege of Murugudoss had come up with a commendable job. Even though the story is as old as a rock, he kept the movie run-time in check and stuffed it with good commercial elements like comedy and racy narration. Couple of songs were speed breakers in the flow of the film. But Thaman's BGM worked out really well. Chota's camera work was definitely a plus in portrayal of scenes from Varanasi. Production Values are appropriate.
