kanth), a scholarship student from a very poor family and Swetha(Sneha), the only daughter of a rich businessman (Devan) meet each other in college and become friends of the same gang.

After initial tiffs with the college beauty queen, Swetha, Kathir slowly starts loving her. Swetha too falls for Kathir, but keeps it a secret. The lovers do not express their love for each other and Swetha's marriage is fixed with someone. In a predictable climax, on her wedding day the lovers get united.
Gayatri Jayaram's role as the Chairperson of the college in the movie is just meaningless. Srikanth has repeated his famed Rojakootam role. Yuvan Shankar Raja doesn't seem to show any improvement in his music and has scored below average. The movie is tiresome with the average storyline!!
