Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam Telugu Movie
Arjun (Vishnu) is a jobless jack who marries Neelaveni (Sonarika) without the consent of his father (Rajendra Prasad). His best friend, Ashwin (Raj Tharun) is a similar kind of brat who woos Supriya (Hebah Patel). However fate has a different twist for them. They have to come up with lies and then, they become husbands of each other's wives. Rest of the story is as how both Arjun and Ashwin manage this huge confusion and steer out of the trouble.
Vishnu Manchu and Raj Tharun competed each other in mass comedy. They are at ease in the performances and tries not to go overboard much. Some how we get a feeling, Raj Tharun is sub-dued in his role. Sonarika and Hebah Patel did their best to scorch the screen but nothing great performance wise. Rajendra Prasad is an asset for the film with his excellent expressions and comedy timing. Ravi Babu, Satya Krishna, Geetha Singh and other lead cast have done their part. Posani is great with hilarious character in the film (especially second half). Supreeth and Abhimanyu Singh are seen as dummy villains in this confusion drama. Others - Prabhas Srinu, Fish Venkat, Thagubothu Ramesh and others are fine.
Nageshwar Reddy once again relied on confusion comedy for this film. But we have seen numerous stories of such sort and get a routine and bored feeling. Further there is nothing great in the story, screenplay and direction. The film just goes flat with out much twists and turns. The first half is decent while the second half requires lot of patience to sit through. Adding insult to injury, the climax is totally unexciting.
Sai Karthik came up with an average album and back ground score. Dialogues have come up well. Editing should have been lot better in the second half. Camera work is decent, so is the production values.
Finally, Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam is yet another routine and beaten to death formula film. Further the forced comedy and uninteresting proceedings test our patience. Its high time, the makers realize that they should let go the routine confusion comedy genre.
