Surya the most sort-after hero in Chennai comes back with "Mayavi" after an unexpected long delay. The movie is produced by noted director Bala who has earlier directed Surya in "Nanda" and "Pithamahan". This is Bala's first production and it's been directed by Bala's long time associate Singapuli.
This comedy riot is sure to bring the house down as it is about a tourist guide played by Surya who kidnaps a movie star.
Surya's character is a slippery guy, a sort of a conman, who does a lot of mischief and disappears from the scene before anyone can catch him...
"Mayavi" is scheduled for release on Valentine Day (February 14).
