Comedy for the sake of comedy generates only tragedy. This has been proved right by this movie as most of the comedy scenes failed miserably in evoking laughter. One can imagine the fate of a Masala Entertainer sans comedy. The theme of communal disharmony has been discussed over and over through the years, and here again there is nothing novel other than the introduction of an elephant and that the story progresses through its(his) point of view. Photography is just mediocre.
