Surya (Allu Arjun) is an Army soldier who has anger management issues and gets suspended for taking things into his own hand at an Army Base. He was asked to get a certificate from a popular psychologist (Arjun) to get his job back. But then, he is none other than Surya's father who abandons him for the anger related issues. Rest of the story is all about if Surya can control his anger and fall in line to achieve his end goal of serving the Nation at the Border.
Allu Arjun has delivered a solid Performance as the Hyper Angry and Emotional Surya. He underwent a lot of transformation for the film and the hard work paid off as it can be seen fully on screen. Arjun does a class act in a strong and full length. Anu Emmanuel is hot and okay. Sharath Kumar is good in a negative role. Boman Irani, Rao Ramesh, Vennela Kishore, Thakur, Pradeep Rawat, Harish, Sai Kumar, Posani and etc., are adequate.
Writer Vakkantham Vamsi makes his debut as a director in this movie. But he has disappointed in both the departments. The story gave the feel of Arjun Reddy and Allu Arjun's own Sarainodu and the treatment is routine as well. Songs composed by Vishal - Shekhar are disappointing while the background score is good. Camera work by Rajeev Ravi and Sushil Choudhary is okay. Editing is patchy and good 15-20 minutes can be chopped easily. Fights are superb. Production Values are appropriate.
