Babu Baga Busy Telugu Movie

Feature Film | 2017 | A | Erotic, Remake
Critics:
Babu Baga Busy is a badly made adult comedy that lacks verve. Except for the occasional fine moments at the start, the movie is a complete bore fest with slow-paced narration, weak writing. Totally Disappointing!

Madhav (Avasarala Srinivas) is a Techie who is a Playboy in nature. He always interested in scoring one night stands. But then, one day he decides to marry. But then when he goes to every woman for Pellichoopulu, he honestly shares his past. All the girls desert him. Finally, he hides his past and gets engaged to Radha (Mishti). Rest of the story is all about how and when she comes to know about his dubious past and how she reacts to that.

Avasarala is a misfit as Playboy may be as his past image comes in our way but then, he has put in a good performance. Mishti has got a meaty role even though there are four heroines. Pellichoopulu fame Priyadarshi has got a lengthy role. The comedy between him and Avasarala worked out. Sreemukhi has got a tiny role while Tejaswi is wasted. Tanikella Bharani, Sudha, and Posani are decent.

Baga Busy is the official remake of Bollywood film, Hunterr (2015). The movie is just 125 minutes long but still feels lengthy due to the slow pace and repetitive scenes. Direction by a newcomer Naveen Medaram is tacky, though he followed the same template of the original movie with toned down sex scenes and lame jokes. Also, the music and songs by Sunil Kashyap are a big disappointment. The writing by Mirchi Kalyan is pretty bad and the Production Values are very cheap.
