in 2029, china and other countries will form a forum REPUBLIC by exiting from U.N. india will remain as neutral. the REPUBLIC has 75 countries and they imposed ban on india and one team of REPUBLIC coming to tamilnadu. how, as representative of tamil people, the hero, hiphop tamizha saved tamilnadu is the story. basically and ironically, villain natrajan is the real mass hero and he really save the film. as usual one time watchable movie. in tamil movie, they tried to make hollywood stories and its an attempt.
