The film is based on a story that is outdated, but if the director and the scenarist had worked better on it, they could have made something better out of it. As such Vedha is a total let-down.

With too much melodrama and too many songs 'Veda' can be rated among those run-of the mill flicks which only test the patience of the viewers and assail their sensibility.
