Murugadoss plans Holiday in Jan 2014

Tamil director AR Murugadoss is remaking his Tamil hit flick with Vijay Thuppakki into Hindi with Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead. The film has been titled as Holiday and is under production. This would be one of the fastest productions of Akshay Kumar since the film went on the floors in June this year and the makers are planning to release the film by January next year.

Pritam is scoring the music for this thriller as the background score plays a vital role in the film and it is believed that the music director is burning the midnight oil to meet up to the demands of the director and the story.

According to the makers, the title Holiday is apt since the hero, a military officer, comes on leave to Mumbai and ends up dealing with sleeper cells and an entire gamut of terrorists. Akshay is hopeful the film will be a super hit and is pinning hopes on it.
