Namitha Pramod for Udhayanidhi Stalin

Namitha Pramod is a popular actress in Malayalam who has featured in films like Traffic, Law Point, Amar Akbar Antony and Sound Thoma to name a few. She has also featured in TV serials and is a recipient of many awards for her performance.

She was also featured in a Tamil film titled En Kaadhal Pudhidhu which is not known to many. Now director Priyadarshan is bringing her to Tamil once again as a pair to Udhayanidhi Stalin in the remake of Maheshinte Prathikaaram.

The film will be produced by Santhosh of Moonshot Entertainment. Maheshinte Prathikaaram had Fahadh Faasil in the lead and Udhayanidhi Stalin will be reprising his role in the Tamil version. Apart from him, MS Bhaskar has also been brought on board. The shooting for the film is said to begin in July.
