Nanbenda gets U certificate

Udhayanidhi Stalin’s next film is Nanbenda in which he is paired with Nayanthara. The film is produced under his production banner Red Giant films which went for Censor certification recently and it has been awarded a U. This means that the film can avail of an entertainment tax rebate.

Nanbenda is the famous phrase that was used in Arya-Santhanam starrer Boss Engira Bhaskaran directed by Rajesh that indicated the strength of friendship. This becomes the title of the film directed by Jagadish who had earlier worked with Rajesh.

Harris Jayaraj has scored music for Nanbenda and the songs have been appreciated by music buffs. The film also has Santhanam, Karunakaran, Manobala and Naan Kadavul Rajendran.
