Nayanthara as heroine for Sivakarthikeyan in Mohan Raja's film

Thani Oruvan directed by Mohan Raja had recorded spectacular success that featured Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in the lead. Now this successful director-heroine combo will once again be collaborating for a project that will have Sivakarthikeyan in the lead.

It looks like Mohan Raja was much impressed with the professional approach of Nayan which was the reason for the director to approach her once again. He says, “Nayanthara and I had a pleasant experience working together on Thani Oruvan. So, she accepted to be part of this film over a phone call."

Talking about her role in the film, he says, "I believe that the heroine's role is crucial to a film and all my films so far have had heroines whose actions drive the plot. She plays a city girl in the film but the role will not be just something that is there to add glam quotient. It will be more powerful content-wise, more sensible and have more depth."
