Nayanthara completes her scenes for Gopi Nainar's flick

An upcoming film that has Nayanthara in the lead role as a district collector and directed by Gopi Nainar has almost completed the final leg of shoot at Ramanathapuram.


This untitled project is well bounded and tied up with a bunch of ‘A class’ technicians that includes cinematographer Om Prakash, stunt choreographer Peter Hein, editor Gopi Krishna and National Award winning art director Lalgudi Ilayaraja. With a strong script, the film also has ‘Kaaka Muttai’ fame Vignesh - Ramesh, Velu Ramamurthy, Ramdass, Sunnu Lakshmi and Raams in the crucial roles.


The twenty four days continuous shoot of Nayanthara was shot in Appanur village in Ramanathapuram district. It is to be noted that these climax sequences were shot under the guidance of choreographer Peter Hein, along with thousand junior artists. With this schedule of shoot, the team has almost completed their final schedule, leaving some patch and CG works. The title will be revealed in next few days.
