Nayanthara in Indian 2?

Nayanthara, called as Lady Superstar of Tamil film industry has worked her way very hard through the ladder of success. In her career spanning more than a decade, she has acted with many of the top heroes including Rajinikanth. But she has never been paired with Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan. Looks like this void will also be filled up soon through director Shankar’s next film Indian 2 where Kamal Haasan would be continuing his role from the first part.

There is a buzz that the Indian 2 team has approached the Aramm heroine for the film. Though there is no official confirmation yet, if this materializes, it will be the first time Nayanthara will be paired opposite Kamal. Last week, director Shankar shared a video on his Twitter page showing a promotional hot air balloon flown over Taiwan, hinting at the beginning of Indian 2.

As of now, rumors suggest that Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in for the film, which will be shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. It is also being reported that Vadivelu might be a part of the project. Click the Movie button below for more info:
