Nayanthara plays a District Collector in her next

After the Massive success of Jayam Ravi’s ‘Thani Oruvan’, director Vignesh Sivan’s ‘Naanum Rowdy Thaan’ and Silambarasan’s ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’, Nayanthara is currently acting in an upcoming untitled project produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the banner ‘KJR Studios’.

This film is directed by debutant Gopi Nainar and has ‘Kaaka Muttai’ fame Vignesh - Ramesh in the lead roles. Sunnu Lakshmi and Raams play pivotal roles. It is to be noted that Nayanthara is playing as a District collector in this Women-Centric film.

With a bunch of talented technicians, this untitled project has Om Prakash as cinematographer, National Award winner Lalgudi Ilayaraja as art director and Peter Hein as Stunt Choreographer. Bounded and tied up with strong and weighty script, the makers of this film are in the process of roping in a music director.
