The much talked about film Bhoot Unkle is all set for its all India release on the 6th October.

Though it faces tough competition from other big banner films, the producer Krishn Choudhary is quite gung-ho about its box office success.

He is certain that the film will do well during the Deshhara, Deewali, and Eid vacations as its target audience are kids and there cannot be a better time to release a film of this genre.

Krishna Choudhary is originally from Delhi. He has been associated with TV thus far. He has made a number of successful TV programmes for Zee, ETC, and DD. This is his first foray into the world of big screen entertainment. Aneesh Dev has written the story of Bhoot Unkle and Jackie Shroff plays the title role.

Krishn Choudhary has this to say about the film's story. ' It is the story of a boy called Shyam who gets into a night club by mistake and meets Jackie Shroff as Bhoot Unkle. It turns out to be a very exciting encounter for the child.' Krishn Choudhary feels that the friendly and helpful character of Bhoot Unkle will become a big hit with kids all over.

Jackie Shroff who plays Bhoot Unkle says that he is playing a role of this kind for the first time in his life. It is a very funny, enjoyable, and sweet role. He has played a role like 'King Uncle' in the past but it was a characterisation that was more on the serious side. Kids were in the awe of that character. Bhoot Unkle is a likable ghost. Kids love him as he helps them in need. He also adds that it was a refreshing experience working with kids in this film. They are born actors. And more than him, it is they who are going to steal the hearts of young and old audiences alike.

Now, the children eagerly look forward to their vacations and the 6th October, to meet the friendly and funny big screen ghost - 'Bhoot Unkle'.
