Mumbai, June 4 (IANS) Rajiv Khandelwal, who became a craze among the Indian television audience for his portrayal of Sujal in Ekta Kapoor's "Kahiin To Hoga", said he would never like to be a part of Balaji's project again in its present form.

Rajiv, who is making his debut in Bollywood with "Aamir", said: "I will not like to work in any of Balaji's serials and don't see myself as a part of any of their projects. The type of serials that they are making does not fit my bill."

The actor wishes that his film, which is releasing Friday, becomes successful and he doesn't need to go back to television.

Rajiv, who has acted in many hit serials like "Kya Hadsa Kya Haqeeqat", "Left Right Left", "Time Bomb" and "CID" over a span of five years, said cinema is a more creative medium where people get to learn and experiment new things.

"The blind race for TRPs in serials kills the creativity and producer looks only at the number of episodes. It goes on without any end because the producer wants it in that way. I did not get any producer in serials who looks at the quality and not the quantity."

About his relations with Ekta, the actor said he shares a good relationship with her and she holds a special position in his life for giving him his first break.

"She will always be special for me and I respect her for dedication and sincerity towards work. She worked harder than me for my first serial."

Does he agree that Ekta made his life?

"No one makes anyone's life. No one is God. I agree that Ekta gave me a chance, but I too had to prove myself. But yes, she was one of the main causes for my being in Mumbai, as she gave me the first break."
