Kareena walks out of 'Kambakkht' event

New Delhi, June 15 (IANS) Offended by a TV journalist's query on whether she was prepared to go nude for a film, actress Kareena Kapoor walked out in a huff from the promotional event of her forthcoming film "Kambakkht Ishq" here Monday evening.


The incident occurred after the question-and-answer session with media persons at a city hotel.


She had told reporters: "I am open to any kind of film whether it is 'Jab We Met', 'Omkara', 'Dev', 'Gomaal Returns' or 'Kambakkht Ishq'... because all my films are different and if the script and the film demands anything - I am such an actress that I'd do anything for both the script and the film."


After this, during a group interview a Punjabi news channel journalist asked her pointedly , if "she would go nude for any role in the future".


Kareena, who has worn a bikini in "Tashan" and also the forthcoming "Kambakkht Ishq", has recently stated she would not wear a bikini in future for any film.


The query by the journalist left the actress annoyed and she walked out of the conference room fuming.


Kareena had flown into the capital Monday from London.


Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, "Kambakkht Ishq" has been directed by debutant Sabbir Khan.


Slated for a July 3 release, it stars Akshay Kumar in the lead besides Kareena.


The movie also has cameos by Hollwyood stars like Sylvester Stallone, Brandon Routh and Denise Richards.
