Madhuri takes kids to her roots

Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit took her family for a short trip to her ancestral place Kokun in Maharashtra.

"Took the family on a short trip out of Mumbai to coastal Maharashtra. It is so green and beautiful here. Our forefathers are from this area," Madhuri tweeted.

"Many of my relatives still live in Kokun. It is amazing here. Maharastra is so rich with culture and sights to see!" she further posted.

Madhuri had shifted to Denver, Chicago after her wedding to doctor Sriram Nene in 1999. She is now back in Mumbai for good with her husband and two kids - Arin and Raayan.
