Mumbai, March 11 (IANS) Pahlaj Nihalani, who has been a producer all this while, has turned director with "Avatar", which stars Govinda in the lead role. The actor is excited about collaborating with the filmamer after a long gap.

"After 'Shola Aur Shabnam' and 'Aankhen', it's great to work with Pahlajji again. It is Pahlajji's subject and we are working hard on it," Govinda, 48, told IANS.

In fact, Govinda's first big hit was Nihalani's production "Ilzaam".

"When I started my work, there was the same kind of atmosphere. We enjoy working together. It's been so many years, but things haven't changed for us," added the actor who is playing new innings in fildom after saying good bye to his unsuccessful stint in politics.
