Cruz clueless about next 'Pirate...' movie

Los Angeles, Sep 28 (IANS) Actress Penelope Cruz says she doesn't have any idea about the next instalment of director Rob Marshall's "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise.

The 38-year-old played Jack Sparrow's love interest Angelica in the last release titled "Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides".

"Have I heard anything? No, I haven't. I haven't read a script. I haven't heard anything. With Johnny and the director Rob Marshall, it's like anything. But I don't mean movies. I consider them my friends. And I really love them and respect them," collider.com quoted her as saying.

The actress is very fond of actor Johnny Depp and says he is a very nice human being.

"I loved making that movie. Because, Johnny is an incredible human being. He's a very good friend, and he's always been so good to me," she said.
