Foster happy her kids can see her movie

London, April 2 (IANS) Oscar winning actress Jodie Foster is happy that finally her two children were allowed into the screening of her film.

Foster and her kids got to watch her latest family film "Nim's Island" recently, contactmusic.com reports.

She said: "It's the first movie of mine that my kids ever saw at a movie theatre, the first premiere they've been able to go to. The last movie I made, they couldn't even see the commercials. They came to the set but had to stay in my trailer."

Her children, nine-year-old Charles and six-year-old Kit, were not allowed to leave their mother's trailer on the set of her previous film "The Brave One" where she plays a woman set on revenge after she is brutally attacked.

While Foster enjoyed film viewing with her kids, she has turned to yoga, the gym and hiking to keep the atmosphere in the house peaceful.

She ends up getting angry every time one of her strange household rules are broken. Foster believes she can be a terror at home because she is very picky about a few things.

She said: "I have a lot of strange habits - I squeegee out my shower every single time I take it. And I'm just a dictator about my cappuccino maker - nobody else is allowed to touch it because they don't clean it up properly.

"I also like my towels folded in thirds and when the kids don't (do that), I'm like, 'Well, use your own towels. Don't use my towels!' The way I cope with all my neuroses is I just get out of my head - go to the gym, ski or do yoga or hike."
