Harrison Ford credits youthful look to girlfriend's son

London, May 30 (IANS) "Indiana Jones" actor Harrison Ford is crediting his girlfriend Calista Flockhart's adopted son Liam for helping Ford maintain his youthful looks.

The actor says that he considers the boy his own and that running around and taking care of children is the best anti-ageing product.

Contactmusic.com reports him saying: "My parents lived long and fairly healthy lives so I'm fortunate to have inherited those genes. But having a seven-year-old child has probably more to it (keeping young) than anything. It keeps you involved in life. It renews you. Family life has always been important to me and right now it's going well."

Flockhart adopted Liam in 2001.
