Johansson shows off New York tattoo

Los Angeles, April 26 (IANS) Actress Scarlett Johansson is so proud of her roots in New York that she's got a new tattoo featuring - I love NY - on her wrist.

The actress proudly showed off the body art to photographers at the London premiere of her new action movie "The Avengers", last week, reports contactmusic.com.

The tattoo on her right wrist is designed to look like a bracelet with a hammer-shaped pendant hanging from it, featuring the 'I love NY' message.

Johansson was born and raised in the city but is now based here.
