Bangalore, Nov 29 (IANS) "Hubballi" is turning out to be the biggest Kannada box-office hit of the year, going by the collections in the first two weeks.

"Hubballi": Though critics are panning the action film, it is making a fast buck in theatres. With Sudeep, who had a big hit in "My Autograph" in the beginning of the year, in the lead, "Hubballi" is expected to gross over Rs.10 million in Bangalore in just three weeks.

"Jothe Jotheyallii": The film is proving to be a big hit. Made on a budget of around Rs.15 million, it is expected to do business of over Rs.30 million.

"Sirivantha": The Vishnuvardhan-starrer had some super-hit promise in the initial weeks, but has now ended up a moderate success. The film appears to appeal to only sections of the audience.

"Kannadadha Kanda": The film, which opened on the last Friday of November, attracted huge crowds on the opening day. Its performance, however, has to be watched.

"Thangigaagi": Though the film has failed to recover its costs, it managed to find a place in the list.
