Is Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu a Remake?

The Ram Adithya - Ramya starrer 'Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu' directed by Veera Shankar is now being shot in Hyderabad. The director and producer of this film which was launched two months ago in Bangalore had claimed that the film's story is original and is based on a Telugu Novel.

But many Telugu film websites which have covered the shooting of the film have alleged that this Kannada film is a remake of the Venkatesh - Thrisha starrer 'Aadavaalla Maataluku Arthaale Verule'.

Both Adithya and Ramya along with many Kannada artists are participating in the shooting of this film in Hyderabad.

Veerashankar who had earlier directed the Kannada film 'Namma Basava' based on his own story reiterated many a time that he would always be committed to making original films based on stories written by him or others.
