'Aagathan' postponed to Feb.11

Cochin, Jan.12 (NR): The release of the Dileep starrer 'Aagthan', directed by Kamal has been postponed to Feb.11. The film was expected to reach the theaters next week.

The postponement has been attributed to the release of 'Bodyguard', another Dileep film that releases on Jan.22. Both the films releasing on the same day might have proved disastrous, as even the initial collections would be affected.

'Aagathan' was originally scheduled for a December release last year, and had pushed its release forward making space for 'Bodyguard' that was also expected to release the same time. However, the latter had further postponed its release to January, pushing Dileep into a dilemma.

However, with 'Aagathan' making way for 'Bodyguard' yet again, the confusion has been amicably solved. With a three week gap between the releases, both of them should now manage to pull in the initial crowds. It remains to be seen as to which one will emerge the ultimate winner at th box office!
