Actor Subair laid to rest

Cochin, Aug.19 (NR): Actor Subair who passed away yesterday night at Cochin, was laid to rest today. Subair died of a heart attack around 9.45 in the night yesterday. He was a native of Chokli near Thalassery.

Several prominent film personalities including Mammootty, had arrived to pay homage to the actor.

Subair has acted in several films like 'The King', 'Commissioner', 'Papayude Swantham Appoos', 'Gandharvam', 'Roudram', 'Nadiya Kollappetta Ratri' and 'Pazhassi Raja' to name a few.

He had just completed 'The Thriller' directed by B Unnikrishnan.

The actor is survived by his wife Dilshad, and two sons.
