Anjali Bhagwat's 'no' to Jayaraj's offer

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 19 (IANS): This is one shooting that Anjali Bhagwat refused.

The Indian shooter, who Saturday failed to make the final at Athens Olympics, appeared to have been taken aback by an offer from national award-winning director Jayaraj to feature in his next Malayalam film.

Anjali just said, "No, thanks," perhaps having her hands full with shooting of one kind only.

Who knows, she may hit the marquees sometimes later. But at the moment, her eyes are set on only one target...

Jayaraj, it seems, likes sportspersons to act in his films. Earlier, he had cast footballer I.M. Vijayan in his film "Saantham".
