Arya with Mohanlal in 'Casanova'

Rosshan Andrrews, who had announced his third film Casanova quite some time back, is now all set to start work on the film. The pooja for this Mohanlal-starrer was held recently in the presence of Rosshan Andrrews, Joshi, Priyadarshan, Sibi Malayil etc.

One of the main attractions of Casanova will be that Tamil actor Arya, whose Naan Kadavul is being released in the first week of February, and whose Sarvam too is getting ready for release, will make his debut in Malayalam with the film. Casanova, which is Rosshan Andrrews' third film after the blockbuster Udayanaanu Thaaram and the teenage romance Notebook, features script by Bobby and Sanjay who had also written the script for Notebook.

Produced by the Confident Group, Casanova has Mohanlal playing a Casanova kind of character. Arya plays a very important role in the film. Lakshmi Rai will also play a key role. The film will commence in April and will be shot mostly in foreign locations. Casanova will be Mohanlal's Onam release this year.
