Bhagyalekshmi resigns from the General Secretary post of Dubbing Artistes' Association

Trivandrum, Mar.14 (NR): Dubbing artiste Bhagyalekshmi has resigned from the post of the General Secretary of the Dubbing Artistes' Association.

She took the decision today at the general body meeting of the association. The reason that she put forward was that with a very busy schedule, she was getting very little time to spend with her family. She suggested that Anandavalli should take up the post of the general secretary.

Initially nobody agreed to accept the resignation. Finally the current Vice President of the association, Sri. Joseph took up the post of the General Secretary. Bhagyalekshmi made it clear that she would hold on to the special membership in FEFCA.

Bhagyalekshmi is one of the best dubbing artistes the state has produced. She has lent her voice to several actresses like Urvasi and Shobhana and has won several awards as well.
