Gokulam Films to bring Kamal Haasan back to Malayalam

Cochin, Jan.16 (NR): Gokulam Films owned by Gokulam Gopalan is all set to produce another budget biggie in Malayalam after 'Pazhassi Raja'.

What is special about Gokulam's new project is that their new film would bring Kamal Haasan back into Malayalam films.

Recently Kamal had done a cameo in Saji Surendran's film 'Four Friends'. Apart from this special appearance, it has been about twenty one years since Kamal acted in Malayalam.

'Chanakyan' which was the last Malayalam film in which Kamal acted was released in 1989.

Gokulam has been interacting with Kamal Haasan for the last eight years for their Malayalam film. It has also been reported that this is one of the reasons why Kamal's new Tamil film 'Manmadhan Anbu' was released in Kerala through Gokulam release.
