Has Lal Jose dropped 'Cousins'?

Cochin, Mar.17 (NR): Its sad news indeed for Mohanlal fans, since a mega project of the actor that has been in the news for long, has been reportedly shelved.

It is director Lal Jose's 'Cousins' that was supposed to bring Megastar Mohanlal for the first time with Young Superstar Prithviraj, that has been dropped.

The main reason being quoted for the drastic decision is that it has become almost impossible for the director to grab the dates of two of the biggest stars of Malayalam cinema together.

Lal Jose is reported to be planning a Dileep film now. And it seems that the wait would have to go on further, to see Mohanlal and Prithvi sharing screen space.
