Hello Mayavi - A Cocktail of a Movie?

Here comes a cocktail of a movie, bringing together two lead characters of two different films. This is not the first time in Malayalam Cinema that such a thing is happening.

I.V.Sasi had not so long ago brought together two of Mammootty's characters from two different films in his Balram Vs Tharadas, a film that somehow failed to impress on almost all respects. But now, it's a different cocktail that's in the anvil.

Mahe, Mammootty's character in Mayavi and Advocate Sivaraman, Mohanlal's character in Hello are to come together in a film, to be scripted by Rafi-Mecartin and to be directed by Shafi.

Antony Peumbavoor will be producing the film under the banner of Ashirwad Cinemas. It is learnt that the preliminary work regarding the story line has started.

It's also heard that the film, most likely to hit screens by April 2009, has been tentatively titled Hello Mayavi! More details are awaited.
