Jagathy to do the lead in Smarakashilakal

Jagathy Sreekumar will be doing the lead role in Smarakashilakal, to be directed by noted director M.P. Sukumaran Nair who has directed some very well acclaimed films like Aparahnam, Kazhakam, Sayanam and Drishtaantham (which recently bagged the National Award for the Best Malayalam film).

M.P. Sukumaran Nair bases Smarakashilakal on a novel of the same name, penned by noted Malayalam writer Punnathil Kunhabdulla.

This arty movie has reportedly started rolling in Thalasserry. Indrans and Anoop Chandran too are doing key roles in the film.
