Jayasurya and Anoop Menon to produce 'Cocktail'

Cochin, Feb.18 (NR): The megastars of the Malayalam film industry have set examples by having invested in showbiz. While Maxlab releases several Mohanlal films, Mammootty followed suit last year by launching his own production house, Playhouse.

The story continues, as a couple of young stars in Malayalam would be turning producers soon. Jayasurya and Anoop Menon would be producing 'Cocktail', in which they would also play the male leads.

'Cocktail' would be directed by Arun Kumar, who has worked as an editor in several Priyadarshan films. Ekambaram, who had worked as the cinematographer of films like 'Kanthasamy' and 'Drona' would be handling the camerawork of the film.

The heroine of the film is yet to be finalized. However insiders claim that it might either by Mamta or Priyamani who would be playing the female lead.

To be shot in Bangkok, Malaysia and Singapore, 'Cocktail' is expected to be a big budget production.
